These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pooferi mobile application ("App") and related services ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Service Description
Pooferi is a social community platform where users can share content, live stream, join groups, exchange messages, and discuss crypto and finance topics.
Key features include:
- Content sharing (text, images, video)
- Live streaming
- Group/channel memberships
- Direct messaging
- BTC VIP signals and market analysis
- Educational courses and content
- Crypto League (simulated trading)
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (password, access).
- Each individual may only create one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.
- You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.
4. User Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Sharing illegal, harmful, or threatening content
- Hate speech, discrimination, or racism
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or personal attacks
- Spam, deceptive, or misleading content
- Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious links
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Activities that compromise platform security
- Providing definitive investment advice
5. Content Rights
- You must own the rights to the content you share or have permission to share it.
- By sharing content, you grant Pooferi a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for providing the Service.
- Content that infringes copyright will be removed upon notification.
- You retain ownership of your original content.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Certain features require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions automatically renew; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices may change with prior notice.
- Refund requests are subject to the respective platform's (Apple/Google) policies.
7. Investment Disclaimer
Crypto signals, analysis, and opinions shared on the Pooferi platform do not constitute investment advice. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. Cryptocurrency markets carry high risk; you should conduct your own research and seek professional advice before making investment decisions.
Pooferi cannot be held liable for losses arising from users' investment decisions.
8. Live Streaming Rules
- Live streams are subject to community guidelines.
- Streams with inappropriate content may be terminated immediately.
- Streamers are not responsible for viewer comments.
- Pooferi reserves the right to record streams for quality and security purposes.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Pooferi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms or community guidelines without prior notice.
- First violation: Warning
- Repeated violations: Temporary suspension
- Severe violations: Permanent account closure
10. Limitation of Liability
- Pooferi is not responsible for user-generated content.
- The platform is provided "as is"; no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given.
- We are not liable for indirect damages arising from technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions.
- Pooferi is not a mediator or party in disputes between users.
11. Intellectual Property
The design, logo, software, and other intellectual property elements of the Pooferi application belong to Pooferi. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of these elements is prohibited.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
